Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number. For this reason, we cannot leave packages unattended in your letterbox or at your front door. We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so double-check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.
Duties and Taxes
The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Swimsuit Babes will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur, or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with the import duties, customs, and local sales taxes for your package destination, as well as the rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made, the item was not collected, and it has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for the re-import of the swimwear. If the duty tax exceeds the value of the swimwear, we will abandon the package.
Postage Time Frame
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame. Delays can occur during sale and holiday periods, which are outside Swimsuit Babes' control and for which we are not responsible. If you have a delayed parcel, please reach out to the shipping carrier first with your tracking number, as they will have the most up-to-date information and can provide the fastest response. Following this, our customer care team can assist. We will always do our best to assist in these situations.
Sale and Holiday Times
During sale and holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may take an extra day to dispatch your order. If you require priority shipping, please contact us for additional shipping options available.
Lost Packages
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the selected shipping carriers, and we are no longer liable. We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery, providing them with your tracking number, as they will have the most current information. Swimsuit Babes does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Changing Order Address After Purchase
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you inform us of the change before your order has been packed and shipped, we might be able to update it. This is not guaranteed, so always check your details are correct prior to checkout.
